Injunctions Toolkit

This session will provide overview of key things to know when applying for or resisting injunctions. Amongst other things, we will consider the practicalities of applying for an injunction (including what to do when), types of injunctions which are often sought in commercial employment claims (including springboard relief), and how to handle the delivery up of confidential information.
Managing Complex Litigation

We will share our insights into how to deal with complex litigation. We will consider what to do when there are overlapping proceedings in different forums, such as the High Court, Employment Tribunal and arbitration. We will also look at how to spot where there may be questions of jurisdiction and applicable law, or where a claim may raise regulatory issues.
