On 27 June 2023 Daniel Stilitz KC and Zac Sammour represented Yorkshire Cricket Club before the Cricket Discipline Commission of the EBC.  The hearing was to determine the sanctions to be imposed on Yorkshire following admissions of misconduct arising from allegations of race discrimination made by Azeem Rafiq.
