Seminar on 19 April 2023 at the New Lecture Theatre at The Inner Temple
The Subsidy Control Act came into force on 4 January 2023. In this seminar, Nigel Giffin KC, Joanne Clement KC, Jen Coyne and Raphael Hogarth will discuss key issues under the new regime, focusing in particular on challenges before the CAT and remedies for unlawful subsidy, but looking also at identifying subsidies in a public service context and the relationship with procurement law.
