Tom Ogg has been ranked by the Legal 500 as a Leading Junior for Commercial Disputes in the Middle East, which includes the DIFC courts in Dubai, the ADGM courts in Abu Dhabi, and the QICDRC courts in Qatar.

Tom regularly acts for clients in the Middle East in all areas of his practice.  Recent examples of Tom’s work include:

• Acting for a claimant in the DIFC courts in a claim for race discrimination and ‘whistleblowing’ dismissal contrary to the DIFC Operating Law, Law No. 7 of 2018;
