The Court of Appeal will this week hear argument in Clearview AI v Information Commission (Privacy International Intervening), on appeal from the Upper Tribunal [2025] UKUT 319 (AAC).
The appeal raises issues as to the territorial scope of the EU GDPR and UK GDPR, and is likely to be of widespread interest to data protection practitioners.
