Remi Reichhold is delivering a lecture today at the International Tribunal for the Law of the Sea in Hamburg for the IFLOS Summer Academy on Climate Change and Law of the Sea.
Remi acted for Mauritius in the ITLOS and ICJ Advisory Opinions on climate change. He is currently acting for Ghana in the maritime delimitation case against Togo before an ITLOS Special Chamber (led by Philippe Sands KC and Paul Reichler, along with Ruth Kennedy). Remi is also representing the International Seabed Authority in the two cases currently before the ITLOS Seabed Disputes Chamber under Part XI of UNCLOS, brought by Nauru Ocean Resources Inc and Tonga Offshore Mining Ltd (led by Philippe Sands KC, along with Lucy Jones).
