Philip Kolvin KC specialises in the regulation of leisure environments, he is a Patron of the Institute of Licensing and a board member of the Sports Grounds Safety Authority and The Loop. He is a past Chair of the Institute, the Night Time Commission for London, Best Bar None and Purple Flag.
Widely published, Philip’s books include Licensed Premises: Law, Practice and Policy; Gambling for Local Authorities: Licensing, Planning and Regeneration, and Sex Licensing.
Philip will be giving a lecture on An Ethical Social Economy for Westminster Law School.
