Daniel Stilitz KC will be opening the first day of the conference covering ‘Employment status: the latest developments’. Sean Jones KC will also be speaking on the first day on ‘Protected religious or philosophical beliefs’. Jane McCafferty will be opening the second day of the conference with a talk on ‘The developing duty of mutual trust and confidence’.
