Jason has been named The Times ‘Lawyer of the Week’ in recognition of his work on the Michaela School case.
The case concerned the lawfulness of a policy of the School to prohibit prayer rituals on school premises. Jason acted successfully for the School in the judicial review proceedings. Jason led Tom Cross and Oliver Jackson, instructed by Sinclairs Law.
