The Supreme Court will today and tomorrow, be hearing For Women Scotland Ltd (Appellant) v The Scottish Ministers (Respondent) UKSC 2024/0042. The Supreme Court will be considering ‘Is a person with a gender recognition certificate which recognises their gender is female, a “woman” for the purposes of the Equality Act 2010?’
