R (IEB of X School) v OFSTED
In this case the High Court has granted an injunction to prevent OFSTED publishing an inspection report pending hearing of the claimant school’s judicial review claim. Peter Oldham KC appeared for the school, and satisfied the Court that the case met the heightened test for granting an injunction against bodies such as OFSTED with statutory publishing functions.
