We are delighted to announce that Cecilia Ivimy has returned to full-time practice at 11KBW after taking a career break.
Cecilia practices principally in public/administrative law –
including judicial review, local authority law, mental health, community care,
and information and data protection. She has particular expertise in
human rights, both domestic and international, and in international
humanitarian law and has appeared in multiple leading cases in these areas.
Cecilia has also represented the UK in a number of cases before the European
Court of Human Rights, including references to the Grand Chamber.
Cecilia is a member of the Attorney General’s A Panel and a
CEDR accredited mediator.
