Oliver Mills will be speaking with Rachel Hunter from Slaughter & May on the liability of third parties in discrimination and whistleblowing claims in a session titled ‘Discrimination and whistleblowing – who is liable?’. The session which will be chaired by David Rintoul from Slaughter & May.
