Jonathan Moffett KC, Joanne Clement KC and Heather Emmerson have been appointed to the Welsh Government Panel of Counsel following a recent competition. The panel comprises 36 Counsel across three panels. Jonathan and Joanne have been re-appointed to the Panel of King’s Counsel and Heather has been appointed to the Junior Counsel A Panel. The appointments will commence on 1 February 2026 for a period of 5 years.
