Venue: Jurys Inn Birmingham, 245 Broad St, Birmingham B1 2HQ
Registration will be from 9am, with the seminar starting at 9.30am – 1.10pm with lunch being served afterwards.
Cost: £25 per person + VAT (£5.00) (Total £30)
CPD: The seminars will be accredited with 3.5 hours CPD with the SRA and BSB.

To book your place on our seminar, please email RSVP@11kbw.com – the delegates name, firm and email, along with any purchase order details.
Your booking will be confirmed via email and an invoice will be sent out. Payment will be either via chq or bank transfer. Please note we do not have the facilities to accept payment via card.

If you have any additional requirements e.g. wheelchair access, large print documentation or an induction loop, or if you have any particular dietary requirements please let us know.
Cancellations
A refund can be made up to 14 days before the conference. A substitute delegate will be accepted any time before the conference.
