11KBW in ICJ advisory proceedings on the right to strike in international law


The International Court of Justice will provide an advisory opinion on whether the right to strike of workers and their organisations is protected under ILO Convention No. 87 on the Freedom of Association and Protection of the Right to Organise. Parties have today submitted their written statements on this question to the ICJ.
