The Supreme Court has today handed down judgment in the case of R (Evans) and Another –v- Attorney General [2015] UKSC 21 (disclosure of Prince Charles’ letter to various government departments).

Karen Steyn KC appeared for the Attorney General (appellant); Timothy Pitt Payne KC appeared for the Information Commissioner (2nd Respondent).
