Professor Christian Tams will be joining a panel at Paris Arbitration Week with the Honorable Charles N. Brower and Professor Hans van Houtte on the Iran-United States Claims Tribunal and its contribution to international arbitration today. Nearly forty-five years after its founding the panel will be discussing the Iran-United States Claims Tribunal and its considerable contributions– substantive, procedural and beyond – to international law and international arbitration. The panel will be moderated by Jean-Christophe Honlet and Bart Legum.
