Harini Iyengar is speaking as a Data and Privacy expert barrister at the Public Law Project’s Public Law and Technology Conference today which is hosted by Fieldfisher. Harini will be speaking the ‘Data law: The public / private crossover’ panel. The session will be looking to answer the question of, ‘When you have established that public authorities have got things wrong using data technologies, what remedies could be used beyond those available in conventional public law?’.
