The allegations of sexual harassment against the film producer Harvey Weinstein set off an unprecedented public discussion about workplace sexual harassment.  Harini Iyengar, employment and equalities specialist at 11KBW, and Jennifer Greenwood from Equity Women’s Committee will update you on the law and best practice in this topical area.

The seminar will cover:

  • Addressing historic or multiple allegations of workplace sexual misconduct
  • Allegations by, or against,  current or former workers
  • Legal and practical issues in workplace investigations
  • The role of the police
  • Drafting a bespoke best practice code of conduct which fits each workplace

Creating a safe workplace for all workers irrespective of employment status
