Harini Iyengar has successfully represented the Bar Standards Board in a High Court appeal against the disbarment of a barrister for sexual misconduct. In the course of representing the BSB in three disciplinary cases against him, concerning sexual misconduct towards two mini-pupils and two pupil barristers, she appeared in several hearings before the Bar disciplinary tribunal and three High Court appeals.
