Local Government Reports (July 2015) edited by 11KBW

News

The Local Government reports are produced by Butterworths/Lexis Nexis and edited by Daniel Stilitz KC and Members of Chambers at 11KBW. This series covers many important cases in the local government context which are not reported elsewhere. All judgments are reported in full with headnotes which draw out those aspects which are of special interest to local authorities. Cases are selected for publication by the Editorial Board at 11KBW and each issue includes an Introductory Note written by a member of the Editorial Board, summarising the facts and highlighting the points of law in each of the cases reported. The series is published in eleven parts annually, forming a bound volume which is published in March. It is available both in print and online as part of the LexisLibrary online platform.
