Christopher Knight KC has been included in The Lawyer’s ‘Silks Day 2026: Meet the stars from The Lawyer’s Top 20 Cases’ article.

Christopher was included in The Lawyer’s Top 20 Cases and Top 10 Appeals of 2025 for his involvement in R (GB News Ltd) v Ofcom and R (Duke of Sussex) v Secretary of State for the Home Department. He was also named in The Lawyer’s Hot 100 this year. He was appointed King’s Counsel on 23 March 2026.

The editorial refers to Christopher crediting the Miller I case, in which activist Gina Miller brought the well-known Article 50 Brexit challenge, as being a ‘sliding door’ moment in his career, including leading to his involvement in the most important devolution challenges which followed. Earlier this month, he appeared in the Court of Appeal on behalf of a recovering online gambling addict, who alleges that Sky Betting and Gaming unlawfully used data about his behaviour through profiling and personalised marketing that fuelled his addiction. Later this year, Christopher will be back in court for GB News’ second judicial review against Ofcom.
