Christopher Knight joins Editorial Board of Public Law

Christopher Knight has been invited to join the Editorial Board of the leading constitutional and administrative law journal, Public Law. Members of the Board are leading public law academics and practitioners. They assist the Editor, Professor Maurice Sunkin, in the work of the journal.

Christopher has published widely on public law matters. He is the co-author of a leading textbook: Bradley, Ewing & Knight, Constitutional and Administrative Law(2015, 16th ed.). He contributes to Supperstone, Goudie & Walker on Judicial Reviewand to Sir Clive Lewis’ Judicial Remedies in Public Law. He has written articles, case notes and book reviews for Public Law, the Law Quarterly Review, the Cambridge Law Journal and Judicial Review, amongst many others.

He is a ranked practitioner for administrative and public in both Chambers & Partners and Legal 500. In 2016 alone he has appeared in the two most high-profile judicial review claims of the year: R (Miller) v Secretary of State for Exiting the European Union (the Article 50 Brexit litigation) and R (Justice for Health Ltd) v Secretary of State for Health (the junior doctors contract dispute).
