Morgan J handed down judgment on 26 October 2018 in a landmark case about whether Guaranteed Minimum Pensions give rise to sex discrimination in relation to pension benefits, and, if so, how pensions should be equalised.  John Cavanagh QC acted for Lloyds Bank plc and HBOS plc, alongside Keith Rowley QC and Andrew Mold.   There is a link to the judgment here.
