This substantial fraud claim was one of the Lawyer’s Top 20 cases of 2025. It was brought by the Kuwaiti pension and social security fund against its former Director General, Fahad Al Rajaan, and multiple intermediaries and financial institutions, contending that Al Rajaan procured hundreds of millions of dollars in unauthorised secret commissions. Judgment is awaited.
