Judgment in the Sharon Shoesmiths claim for judicial review.

Today the High Court handed down Judgment in the Sharon Shoesmiths claim for judicial review.

The Judge’s decision was that the Secretary of State acted entirely lawfully in the decisions made in respect of Sharon Shoesmith.
